Fiveways International Ltd provides digital infrastructure services. By accessing our services, you agree to abide by Fiveways' Policies. All services are provided on a "best effort" basis unless otherwise specified in a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA).
You will be billed on a recurring monthly basis until you notify us that you wish to cancel. The figures shown in any summary are for a full billing cycle (month). Any upfront fees and/or connection costs associated with your service need to be paid before the order is processed.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD$) unless otherwise stated.
Services are available with minimum terms as specified in your Service Order (e.g., 12 months or 24 months). If you cancel your service prior to the end of your contract term, you will incur early termination charges. These are calculated by multiplying the number of outstanding contract months by the minimum monthly contract charge.
Fiveways does not provide support for on-premise hardware unless explicitly rented from us. Installation of modems, routers, and other configuration is the responsibility of the customer. Technical support for non-network faults may incur a troubleshooting fee.
