Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

Should you no longer need your service with Fiveways, we require a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to your cancellation date. Cancellations must be submitted via the client portal or through our contact page.

2. Refund Eligibility

Monthly charges are paid in advance. There are no refunds for partial months of service if you choose to cancel mid-cycle. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Hardware & Deposits

If you are renting hardware from Fiveways, it must be returned in good working condition upon cancellation. Failure to return hardware within 14 days of termination will result in a hardware replacement fee being charged to your account. Security deposits (if applicable) are only refundable upon the successful return of all equipment.

4. Service Failures

In the event of a total service failure caused by Fiveways that exceeds the guarantees in your Service Level Agreement (SLA), you may be eligible for a pro-rated service credit. This credit is applied to future invoices and is not issued as a cash refund.
