Acceptable & Fair Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is designed to ensure that all of our customers enjoy great service and that access is fair for everyone.

1. Excessive Use

We do not actively filter or restrict the volume of data for standard use. However, if our network monitoring systems identify an unusual or excessive use of our services (defined as usage significantly exceeding the average for similar commercial connections), we reserve the right to investigate. We may apply temporary restrictions (throttling) whilst investigating the cause.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Fiveways services to:

  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising (SPAM).
  • Distribute malware, viruses, Trojan horses, or worms.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any network or computer system ("hacking").
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others (Copyright violations).

3. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information, materials, and content you access and transmit online. You must take appropriate steps to ensure that your computer system, network, and equipment are secure (e.g., using strong passwords and firewalls). Fiveways is not responsible if your system is subject to unauthorized access.
