1. Website Content Ownership

You may view, download, and print pages from the website for your own personal and non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the content or remove any proprietary notices.

2. Trademarks

The "Fiveways" name, the Fiveways logo, and "Powering the Connected Economy" are trademarks or registered trademarks of Fiveways International Ltd. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Fiveways', in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Fiveways.

3. Safe Harbor Notice (Network Traffic)

As a provider of digital infrastructure and network services, Fiveways acts as a conduit for data transmission. Under the Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance and international Safe Harbor principles, Fiveways is not liable for the content transmitted, stored, or hosted by our customers using our network, provided that we:

• Do not initiate the transmission;
• Do not select the receiver of the transmission; and
• Do not select or modify the information contained in the transmission.

4. Claims of Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement by a customer hosted on the Fiveways network, please provide our Legal Department with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site/network (specifically the IP Address and Time stamp);
• Your address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
