Customer Relationship Agreement

1. The Agreement

This Customer Relationship Agreement ("CRA") constitutes the entire agreement between Fiveways International Ltd ("Provider") and the entity purchasing services ("Customer"). It applies from the time you make an application or first request services from us.

2. Customer Warranties

You warrant that the information provided to us in your Application is true and correct. You agree to advise us as soon as possible if any of your contact or billing details change.

3. Provision of Services

We will provide the services to you using reasonable skill and care to the standard of a competent digital infrastructure provider. However, we cannot guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

4. Termination

We may terminate this agreement immediately if you breach any material term of this CRA, including non-payment of fees or violation of our Acceptable Fair Use Policy.
